Stratford Wellness Center Offers Free Lectures On Health Topics

A Prenatal Learning to Breastfeed class will be held from 10 to noon on Saturday, Jan. 23. Class and parking are free.

Managing COPD: Tips and Tools will be held from 1:30-3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27. This free class will be presented by Lisa Mariani, BS RRT, Clinical Coordinator, Respiratory Care.

A Diabetes Prevention Program will be held on Thursdays. The program is presented by the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA. Call 203-375-5844, ext. 32 for registration information.

All classes will be held in the Community Education Room located at 3272 Main St., Stratford. Free parking is available.
